Terms of service

Service rules

By registering on ubtshop.com or topping up your balance, you agree to these rules.

What we sell

Digital goods and services. Goods are delivered right after payment, in your account.

Balance

  • Purchases are paid from your internal balance in US dollars.
  • The balance is topped up with cryptocurrency, minimum 1 $.
  • Funds are credited after the transaction is confirmed on the network.
  • The balance cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Refunds go to the balance only.
  • We are not responsible for transfers sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or after the invoice has expired.

Non-standard payments

  • A top-up invoice is valid for 1 hour. The crypto-to-dollar rate is set by the payment provider.
  • The payment provider may hold a transfer for an anti-money-laundering (AML) check. While the check is in progress, the funds are not credited and the top-up is shown in your account as "Under review". We will let you know the outcome via support.
  • If a transfer is put on hold after it has already been credited, we do not deduct anything from your balance automatically. Support decides based on the outcome of the check.
  • We do not refund cryptocurrency ourselves. If the payment provider returns a transfer to you after the amount has been credited to your balance, we will deduct it from your balance manually. If it has already been spent, we resolve the matter via support; until then we may suspend purchases on your account.

Prices

  • The price is locked at the moment of purchase.
  • Bulk discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity in the order.
  • One promo code per order, applied on top of the bulk price.
  • Bulk discounts and promo codes do not apply to proxies: the price is per gigabyte and does not depend on quantity.

Checking and refunds

  • You have 1 hour after receiving the goods to check them and contact support if something does not work.
  • We will refund the cost of invalid lines to your balance or replace them.
  • If an account stopped working because of your actions (you changed the password, broke the service's rules, logged in from several devices), there is no refund.

Proxies

What you are buying

  • Gigabytes of traffic on a residential proxy network. The quantity is a whole number, from 1 GB.
  • One access is issued per account: a proxy login and password. Further purchases add gigabytes to it.
  • Gigabytes do not expire: there is no validity period, renewal, or automatic charges. When the gigabytes run out, the access stops working until you buy more.
  • Traffic usage is counted by the proxy network. The "Proxies" section shows its data, updated with a short delay.
  • We do not guarantee a specific country, city, provider, IP address, or speed. Targeting only works if the network has a matching node at that moment: no matching node, no connection.
  • The network may be temporarily unavailable due to outages on its side.
  • If something fails, contact support and we will check on our side.
  • You can reissue the password in the "Proxies" section.
  • After a reissue, the old connection strings stop working; replace them with the new ones.
  • Access is provided through a third-party residential proxy network. Its outages, limits, and rules may affect how the access works.
  • When a refund for proxies is possible is described in the "Refund policy".

What you must not do through the proxies

  • send spam;
  • commit fraud, including payment card fraud;
  • break into other people's accounts or brute-force passwords;
  • run DDoS attacks or deliberately overload other people's services;
  • distribute prohibited materials;
  • break the law in any other way.

In case of a violation we close the proxy access, and money for unused gigabytes is not refunded. The proxy network may also cut off access on its own if it detects a violation.

Liability

  • You use purchased accounts at your own risk and are responsible for following the rules of the services they belong to.
  • We are responsible for accounts at the moment of delivery and do not guarantee how long they will last after that.
  • You are responsible for the traffic that goes through your proxy access. Do not share the proxy login and password with anyone.
  • Our liability for any order, accounts or proxies, is limited to its cost.
  • We may close an account for fraud or abuse of support.
